1. General Questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website(Track page) or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we offer free returns within 30 days so you can try our products risk-free.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Harkawon, Harkawon welcomes you to return your brand new product within 30 days of purchase, and in most cases we will issue a full refund in the same manner as your original payment. Returned within 31-90 days of purchase, we can offer you a free refund or exchange if there is a quality issue. In order to complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase.
For items purchased on harkawon.com, harkawon items purchased on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Facebook), please review the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy below. Returned products must be in new condition. harkawon monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to restrict returns or exchanges at harkawon under any circumstances. All returns are subject to review and approval by harkawon. If a return is not approved by harkawon for any reason, the item may not be returned.
2. How do I pay for it?
Payments
Right now our only payment method is PayPal. Need to jump to PayPal to pay. Please note that we will introduce more credit card payment methods in the future!.

Product Information
Once you have found your ideal product, you can read about its benefits and tips for use on each product's detail page. This information is located below the product details. All available colors and sizes are listed on the product detail page.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Harkawon carries several products. At times, items may be temporarily out of stock. We replenish our stock weekly and sometimes daily, depending on the particular item. Some pages have an “Email Me” feature that sends a notification when a product is back in stock.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
Order status & history
Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online at harkawon.com. Click “Track” at the top of the page to view recent orders. You can check your order by order number or tracking number. Tracking information for the package will be displayed below the query. Normally, packages will be shipped within 1-2 days and delivered within 2-5 days. During Member's Day Sale, Black Friday Cyber Monday, the shipping time of the package will be extended, please be patient, thank you!
Order Statuses:
Order Submitted - "Placed" Once you have placed your order on Harkawon and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Placed."
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Shipped."
Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
If your order will arrive in multiple shipments, once one of those shipments has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Partially Shipped."
Order Delivery - "Arrived“
Once the package has arrived at your shipping address, the order status will show as “Arrived”.
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
Before placing an order, you can view the contents of your shopping cart and the total amount. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service to do so. To check the status of your order, please see the Order Details page.
Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is found to be out of stock after the order has been placed, the out-of-stock item will be canceled from the order and you will be notified by email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped. The out-of-stock products will be returned to you for the amount of the product and the shipping cost of the corresponding product.
When we will order ship?
Generally, we will arrange to ship the next day for orders placed Monday through Friday, and weekend orders will need to wait until the following Monday for shipment.
