✔ Furniture Limited Warranty
Harkawon will provide free returns within 30 days from the date of arrival, and returns are acceptable within 6 months for product quality issues.
✖ Exclusions
Failures due to unreasonable or abusive use, fire, damage to goods, natural disasters (including, but not limited to, freezing temperatures or high winds), sunscreen or other chemicals (such as chlorine or exposure to salt water), normal fading, scratching or chipping of surfaces, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage, repair or modification by the customer, broken glass, burning and/or melting caused by magnified or reflected sunlight, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
❤ Care and Maintenance
Take care not to allow water to accumulate in the furniture as this can lead to corrosion and frost damage in cold climates. Do not use commercial or home dryers to dry fabric items. Do not use bleach or solvents to clean any product! This will void the warranty. NOTE: Not having the original receipt will void the warranty!
👋CAUTION: Read all instructions before assembly. Failure to do so may result in assembly errors and potential injury. Please assemble the product on a soft, non-abrasive surface (carpet or cardboard) to avoid damaging the item. Please ask for help when assembling large or heavy items (2 or more people assembling). After final calibration, make sure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened and screw head caps are pressed into place.
✖ Damaged items
If a package arrives damaged, it is best for you to refuse the package. If you sign for the package and keep it, you should note the damage when you sign for the package so that you can file a claim with the carrier.
Replacements or refunds are allowed within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
