Very easy to assemble, and good quality for the price! Very happy with this purchase.
We ordered the two seat sectional. We love that the backs and arm rests come off as that will make moving a lot easier. The storage under the cushions is a great extra too (they fit 2 blankets each). Assembly was easy if you look at the pictures in the assembly guide.
Customer service was great! We had a seat cover that had a small issue and reached out for a replacement. Customer service got back to me the next day and got the part sent out to us. They even reached out to see if the package had arrived. Very pleased with that experience.
The couch overall is pretty firm. It’s not the best couch in the world, but for a first couch, or something small in a room, it works great. If you are wanting something long-term comfortable then this might not be for you, but if you’re looking for something cheap-ish that looks good and will be easy to move in the future then this is definitely a couch I would suggest. It is exactly what we needed in our small apartment
Very happy with the quality. So much so we bought another. Pity the single seater was out of stock. Easy to assemble. The material is very nice and should last. Seat is fairly firm but comfortable. Has nice storage inside. USB charger on side. Comfortable to lie and sit on. The chairs are single units and the arms are also. So you can make a 3 or two or even a single. Adjustable to the requirement of the room which is nice not being stuck with one size sofa.
